I want to extend my appreciation to you and your staff in assisting our Senior Geologist, Prof. Fyodor Sitnikov and his team while conducting the assessment of the Lodestar site in Montana, USA. All of them conveyed the high degree of work ethic that your company has in performing geological drilling. Our team is not used to working with such professionalism throughout our typical operations within the former Soviet Union countries, Eastern Europe and Asia. They expressed admiration at your efforts to achieve target objectives without endangering your workers, compromising the environment or abusing your equipment. These are qualities that we rarely experience. Your attitude was also appreciated as you seemed to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor at all times even when most people would have been highly stressed. Even though our metallurgist, Mr. Rustam Abdrazakov, speaks English fairly proficiently, without your guidance he could have easily gotten over his head in the English to Russian translation process. While we obviously enjoy working in the United States, it would be wonderful for you to come here to our projects and help raise the standards. Best of luck to you. Sincerely, Paul I. Tat
